Expansion wells
Expansion wells are used for the construction of sanitary, rainwater or technological sewage systems, especially in areas with a large decline. The inlet and outlet in the expansion well are on the same level and are recommended when the pipeline at the well installation site runs in a horizontal area (in case of larger gradients we recommend wells for energy precipitation).
Bottom execution: | The bottom is made from HDPE plate. If the well will work in wetlands then it is recommended to make a additional chamber (the bottom is in this case filled with concrete). |
Execution of the top: | The top of the expansion well is usually made using a cone cap. Optionally, it can be made from HDPE plate, on which a relief and cover plate can be installed (on which it is possible to mount a manhole type A15, B125, C250, D400). |
Operation: | Expansion wells can have a minimum diameter of D600 and are most often made as manholes. In the case of manhole wells, manhole steps are welded to the well walls. |
